Here's what I didn't expect: If you haven't planned a wedding recently... consider yourself lucky. We are less than 1 week into the planning and organizing and it is unbelievable all the information that you need and all the places we have already contacted! ...Not to mention all the money that is soon to be involved.
It's hard to even figure out where to start. Any tips? I would love to hear your success stories (or maybe things NOT to do). I'm new to all of this... all info is appreciated. :) :) HELP!

All I can offer is try to relax and have fun while you're planning! And, don't make your bridesmaids try on dresses for months at every store. I say pick a dress and let them know what they're wearing. It's less stressful that way!!
Less stressful definitely sounds like a good thing... and a good way to keep your friends :)
