I love writing about Miley Cyrus. She is a public figure - photographed all the time and she knows this. That is why I do not feel bad about featuring her in "bad behavior stories". Maybe... just maybe, they should take that somewhere private? Doesn't Billy Ray Cyrus have a pool that that can make out in? Why do they have to be out in the public on a beach??? I wonder if her new boyfriend is proud of her Teen Choice Awards pole dancing performance?
