TACKY
Just weeks after Rihanna's now ex-boyfriend Chris Brown pled guilty to assaulting her... he shows up in a music video with a pretty tacky necklace. All it says is "OOPS!". It doesn't really matter what it is supposed to mean... it looks like a super-tacky apology for attacking Rihanna.

Does he think this necklace will make everything better? Maybe he was trying to be like Flavor Flav but instead of the clock he wore that. People think that because they are famous they can wear anything they want!
