President Obama Under Fire

At the All-Star game last week, president Obama had the honor of throwing out the first pitch. He did a fine job, but after the fact got a TON of criticism about his baggy "Mom Jeans"!


I admit, they didn't really look fantastic... but I'm sure they were comfortable. When it comes down to it, I'm not sure what people expect a U.S. President to wear when throwing out a first pitch... maybe a full suit? Perhaps khakis?


Also... he was not actually wearing "Mom Jeans". They were more "carpenter jeans" than anything else. Mom jeans, as I understand them, are more fitted around the hips with a very high waistline. THOSE would absolutely look horrible on President Obama (or any guy for that matter). It's funny how much drama blue jeans can cause. :)
