Nintendo has announced a new Wii Fit Plus. Added features include 15 new balance games which include juggling and skateboarding plus 5 new strength training activities. You can now tell the Wii which areas of the body you want to focus on and also determine the length of your workout to best fit your busy lifestyle.

If you have a Wii Fit... have you found that you are more inclined to work out with it than without it? Have you seen any results??? Like I said... I'm skeptical, but open to opinions.
Even if you don't have the Wii Fit... do you think the game is a good concept for getting in shape?

Do you think it would really help you lose weight? I really don't know how much it could help you. It would be more fun than going to the gym. I guess at this point I would try anything!!
