
Here's what she did it:
1) Quit her job to focus on her weight loss
2) Hire 3 personal trainers - work out beginning at 4:30AM (total of 6 hours per day)
3) Block all distractions or "friends"
4) Learn to love fish, veggies, and other health foods
5) Make fitness your life (be a fitness motivational speaker and open a health center)
Yeah! Sounds like fun!
...I think I will stick to being kind of healthy rather than suffer for the rest of my entire life without work, friends, and McDonalds! Who's with me????? :)
