Odd TV Duo

I don't know why I was watching The Martha Stewart Show today... but it ended up on my TV and I COULD NOT change it! Martha, as always, is a lovely, well mannered woman who enjoys cooking and crafts. Her guest --- Snoop Dogg!! Such a strange combination.

John Mayer Is A Tool

When John Mayer talks, he is usually being rude, arrogant, or demeaning in some way, but he does it in a way that makes people want to listen. However, today on Ellen - he probably wore the ugliest sweater that I have ever seen on a man. It was actually difficult to pay attention to anything but the shirt.

In case you are wondering what this guy is up to, he said he wants to settle down but almost in the same breath, he announced that he was taking a break from dating. That's going to make it a bit challenging to "settle down".

Anyway... the sweater... any comments?

My New Guilty Pleasure

With the ending of Dancing With The Stars, i thought that my TV life would be empty and meaningless the next season aired, or at least until Idol started again. But I was WRONG!

Enter: Find My Family. I have no idea how I wind up watching this every week - I don't plan it. It just always seems to be on the TV that is in the studio. The show helps adopted children and birth parents reconnect. It is sad and happy all at once! So far, there hasn't been a show that hasn't brought a tear to my eye. Here's a clip.



If you find yourself watching TV on Monday night at 9PM - I highly recommend this show - I think you'll be hooked! If you see it, let me know what you think of it. Happy watching!

Hulk Hogan Engaged To His Daughter's Twin!!!

I am officially grossed out. I heard that Hulk Hogan was engaged to his girlfriend Jennifer after dating for 2 years. THAT is not gross. I enjoyed the story to that point. The PROBLEM is in the pictures. Here is what Hulk's fiance looks like (she may look familiar....):

If you did a double take thinking that was the Hulk's daughter Brooke standing next to him... then you are on the same page as me!! His fiance bears a startling resemblance to his little girl. If you didn't see the similarity on the first picture, here are Hulk, fiance Jennifer, and Brooke together. If you can't see what I'm talking about, you may as well not read the rest of this. Now, for everyone else....

I'm speechless! If my dad were dating my look-alike, it would make me extremely uncomfortable. The situation is even more awkward than Joe Simpson commenting on his daughter Jessica's nice boobs!

Tiger Gets A New Commericial Deal!

A week ago, Tiger Woods appeared to be a happily married man with a beautiful wife and 2 lovely children. But now, three separate women have been linked to Tiger romantically. I think Tiger Woods is officially sunk in his personal life. However, his major sponsors like Nike and Gatorade seem to be sticking by his side (so far).

It looks like Tiger may be in luck though with a new endorsement deal. Well, OK, it's not really an endorsement at all. Spirit Airlines is doing some advertising at Tiger's expense. Check out this commercial:



Honestly, I think the commercial is hilarious, but a lot of people think it is completely distasteful and "too early" to make jokes like that. Really, its a win-win... Tiger doesn't get rewarded with any more endorsement dollars and you can get a great deal on a flight! Thanks Tiger Woods!!
