So we've heard that John Mayer and Jennifer Anniston broke up again. Rumors have been going around about the cause of the breakup being John Mayer's obsession with posting on his Twitter account. While I find Twitter to be generally annoying and really unnecessary... it's probably not a reason for a break up. However - I think this picture could be a reason to split:
Really, John Mayer? Whoever told you that this look was a good idea should be removed from your staff immediately! What do you think of the picture, or even the whole John and Jen situation?
In short - I'd say it's definitely better for Jennifer Anniston to be single than to be with this guy!
The New Kids On The Block reign continues here at 96.9 WBTI. The boys (men) have now won 3 days in a row on the New Music Challenge thanks to tons of votes from NKOTB fans all over the country and the world. To date I've heard from Hungary in Europe, California, Vermont, Louisiana, and EVEN some fans around the Sarnia/Port Huron area!
The New Kids fans have certainly started a trend. Everyone got together on their fan site and decided to support their boys on our challenge. With every great idea comes duplication. Looks like the fans of the band from today (Parlor Mob) have mobilized their fan clubs as well. So today, was much closer than I expected - but still a victory for the New Kids. As a victory gift, here's a video I found. It came out when I was 3. :)
Friday we end on a big note: The New Kids On The Block vs. Beyonce. All bets are off. I am already getting a bunch of emails for each. We'll have the official results Friday night at 6:30PM. Thank you for all of your votes!
Apparently, there are a ton of New Kids On The Block fans out there. Every night, I have the New Music Challenge at 6PM... somehow... I have no idea how... but New Kids Fans from Sarnia and Port Huron to Westland to Vermont (literally, Vermont) called and emailed me like crazy for the New Kids to win. If you want to hear the song, click on the video (on wbti.com). I thought Nickelback pretty much had a lock down on the win, but boy was I wrong!
The New Kids On The Block song ended up the champion. What do you think about the song? Do you like it? I'm not sure I'm sold on it yet, but I'm willing to give it a chance. Keep voting tomorrow for your favorite song on the New Music Challenge!
I haven't posed anything on my blog in a long time. I choose to blame it on the vacation I took during the first week of March. It is always busy right before you leave because you pretty much have to do a week of work in advance. Then when you come back, it seems like you still have to do a week's worth of catch up. That's a couple weeks of hard work just for a vacation... but absolutely worth it. :)
Here are a few pictures from my trip that I wanted to share. Maybe if you are having a hard day, just look at some of the scenic photos and pretend you are on vacation.
Arizona & A Hamburger in Arizona
A billboard that says "Ben Copeland" - kind of like Ben Coburn... kind of. Then, there's me & my Uncle Jim in Arizona
Now... to California: I'm proud of the 1st picture... It could maybe be a postcard? :) Then the beautiful Pismo Beach
Here, I am not sure who the bear is... if you recognize him, let me know Also, a palm tree that looks like a pineapple - since I'm from Michigan, I find it amusing
There's me by my Aunt MaryAnn's Prius Then a great little sign that says "Fattie's - 2 for 1 pizzas" - insert your own punchline
That's it. A great vacation... but great to be back too. :)
